Abstract
The borrowing process of sports facilities and infrastructure at the Department of Youth and Sports of Jambi Province is still conducted manually, resulting in inefficiency and a high risk of recording errors. This study aims to design a web-based Borrowing Management Information System to improve effectiveness, transparency, and service quality. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with UML modeling and implemented using PHP and MySQL. System testing was conducted through Blackbox Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), achieving feasibility results above 94%, which falls into the “very feasible” category. The developed system is capable of integrating application submission, verification, payment, return, and reporting processes in a computerized and real-time manner, thereby supporting more efficient management of sports facilities.
