Payable only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

Peer Review Process

Step 1 — Initial Screening
Every manuscript undergoes originality and similarity screening. Manuscripts with similarity levels exceeding the journal policy may be returned or rejected before review.
Step 2 — Peer Review
Each manuscript is evaluated by at least one qualified reviewer. The review process generally requires up to three weeks and follows a Single-Blind Peer Review model.
Step 3 — Editorial Decision
Possible decisions include: Accepted, Minor/Major Revision, Resubmission for Review, Transfer Recommendation, or Rejection.
Decision Timeline
Final publication decisions are typically completed within one month after submission.

The journal utilizes digital preservation systems including LOCKSS and publisher-managed backups to ensure permanent accessibility, long-term preservation, and restoration of scholarly content.
