JURIBMAS is a fully Open Access journal. All published content is made freely available immediately upon publication without subscription fees or access restrictions. Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and use the full text of articles for any lawful purpose without requesting prior permission from either the publisher or the author.
This policy is consistent with the principles established by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which promotes unrestricted access to scholarly literature in order to accelerate research dissemination, enhance global collaboration, and expand the exchange of knowledge worldwide.
