1. Commitment to Open Access

JURIBMAS is a fully Open Access journal. All published content is made freely available immediately upon publication without subscription fees or access restrictions. Readers may access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to, and use the full text of articles for any lawful purpose, subject to the terms of the applicable license.

This policy is consistent with the principles established by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which promotes unrestricted access to scholarly literature in order to accelerate research dissemination, enhance global collaboration, and expand the exchange of knowledge worldwide.

All accepted articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License. Authors retain copyright ownership of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication.

Under the CC BY 4.0 License, users may:

  • Share: copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt: remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use.
  • Redistribute: share the licensed material publicly.
  • Reuse: use the material provided that appropriate attribution is given, a link to the license is supplied, and any changes are indicated.

4. Author Rights

Authors retain copyright ownership of their published articles and may deposit, archive, distribute, and reuse the final published version in institutional repositories, personal websites, academic platforms, or other suitable channels under the terms of the applicable CC BY 4.0 license.
