Disruptive behavior in children with speech delay may hinder the learning process and social interactions in the school environment. This condition was identified in two first-grade students at SD Islam Zaid Bin Tsabit, Bekasi City, who frequently left their seats without permission, disturbed their classmates, and experienced difficulty following teachers' instructions. This community service program aimed to implement a behavior modification intervention to reduce disruptive behavior while promoting adaptive behavior among the students. The program was carried out through several stages, including Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA), baseline measurement, intervention planning, a six-week intervention, and behavioral progress evaluation. The intervention strategies included positive reinforcement, token economy, prompting, modeling, and shaping. Program evaluation was conducted by comparing the frequency of disruptive behaviors before and during the intervention using daily observation records and reflective discussions with teachers. The program resulted in a structured intervention guideline that can be used by teachers as a practical reference for managing disruptive behavior in children with speech delay in a more systematic and sustainable manner.
