Implementasi Green Performance Management Berbasis RAS dan Solar System pada Budidaya Ikan Kolam Terpal Berkelanjutan

Abstract

Budidaya ikan kolam terpal di Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin menghadapi ketidakstabilan kualitas air, penggunaan air yang belum efisien, ketergantungan pada listrik jaringan, dan belum tersedianya indikator kinerja hijau. Kegiatan ini mengintegrasikan Green Performance Management, Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS), dan solar system. Program melibatkan 25 peserta melalui observasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan, instalasi, penyusunan SOP, pendampingan, monitoring delapan minggu, dan evaluasi deskriptif. Pada skenario data simulasi, rerata pengetahuan meningkat dari 60,0 menjadi 84,8; satu unit RAS berfungsi stabil pada tiga kolam; dan energi surya memasok 1,58 kWh/hari atau 43,9% kebutuhan operasional. Penggantian air turun 35,0%, dengan pH 6,9–7,5, suhu 27,3–29,6°C, DO 5,7–6,8 mg/L, amonia 0,02–0,04 mg/L, dan nitrit 0,04–0,08 mg/L. Survival rate mencapai 92%, FCR 1,28, dan capaian kompetensi praktis sebesar 86%. Integrasi teknologi dan GPM memperkuat efisiensi sumber daya, disiplin pencatatan, serta kapasitas pengelolaan unit usaha pesantren.
